Chairs have a lot of character that is projected onto the person who is seated. A spongey soft sofa or a harsh decorative wooden chair can transcend you to different environments and people. When given half of an old wobbly chair to redesign, I wanted to understand the essence of its original form and function, what is this chair trying to say and how can I exaggerate this?
